His listing must be based on his long career. Aamen Realty: She is powerful and strong. Easy access from Astoria-Ditmars. Partridge Realty: The office is run by a family, I guess. They are nice people, and an agent, Thor, introduced nbhd of Astoria to me with a language like "it's totally awesome, dude."
