New Apartment!
I decided to have a new apartment in Astoria, Queens (Here). It is a high rent and quite small, but the location is terrific. Here is Astoria brokers review for future reference. MQ Realty: The best. They gave me a ton of nice apartments. My apartment is indeed one of them. Century 21 Alexiou Realty: Though they don't have many listing for international student without SSN and credit, an agent, Peter, is a great guy. Global Source Realty: Roussi is a tender grandpa. His listing must be based on his long career. Aamen Realty: She is powerful and strong. Easy access from Astoria-Ditmars. Partridge Realty: The office is run by a family, I guess. They are nice people, and an agent, Thor, introduced nbhd of Astoria to me with a language like "it's totally awesome, dude."
